Shipped from inside the US
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days and is free on orders over $99. Express takes 3–4 business days.
Halloween delivery
Halloween 2026 falls on Saturday, October 31. We schedule every delivery to arrive by Friday, October 30, so the yard is ready before trick-or-treaters arrive.

After the standard cutoff
Express still arrives in time for orders placed by Friday, October 23. Later than that, product pages say clearly that delivery comes after Halloween.
Tracking
We email your tracking number once the label is printed — see Order Lookup. If tracking stops for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
Address mistakes
Please review your address at checkout. If something is wrong, email support@veilmoorstore.com immediately — we can usually fix it before it ships. Packages returned as undeliverable are refunded minus the shipping already paid.
Lost, late or damaged packages
Reach us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged). We open the carrier claim and replace or refund your order.
