Our return promise
You have 30 days from delivery. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund of the item price. If something arrives damaged or defective, we ship the replacement first and take care of the paperwork later — send a photo and your order number.
Returning an item
- Start within 30 days of the delivery scan
- Keep the original packaging — props ship safely in their own box
- Email support@veilmoorstore.com with your order number; you get a return label and instructions the same business day
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and box. After we confirm, we replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, and the return is free.
Refund timing
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post it.
No surprise fees
There are no restocking fees. If an anchored, wind-tested prop falls in conditions it was rated for, we replace it at no cost.
